Trips and memories
In My trips ("Mis viajes"), use the trip’s Delete action ("Eliminar") and confirm Delete trip ("Eliminar viaje"). This deletes its planning, including bookings, expenses and packing lists. If you choose Delete planning and keep memory ("Eliminar planificación y conservar recuerdo"), the memory stays in your passport. You can manage and delete memories from the passport. Awards or pieces already earned may remain in the collection even if you delete a trip or memory; deleting a trip does not reset the entire passport.
If you have iCloud enabled, keep the app connected and let changes finish syncing before disconnecting it. Technical deletion markers may be retained to stop the trip from reappearing from another device. Also review your other linked devices.
Vault documents
Open and unlock the vault, open the document and tap Delete document ("Eliminar documento"). Confirm the action to remove it from this iPhone’s vault. Repeat for each document you want to delete.
Deleting a trip does not automatically delete the vault documents that were linked to it. The originals you imported, photos and PDF copies you exported are not deleted either: manage them in Files, Photos or the destination where you saved them.
iCloud, calendars and shared copies
Turning off iCloud in Connections ("Conexiones") stops syncing but keeps local and iCloud data. To manage the app’s storage in iCloud, open your Apple Account settings and the storage options available in your version of iOS. If you do not see an option for Traivu or have questions, contact support before uninstalling.
Events and reminders you exported or synced, recovery copies, cards or videos saved in Photos, and shared files may continue to exist outside Traivu’s main content. Delete them in the relevant apps, accounts or folders. Content you sent to ChatGPT, Claude or another recipient is also managed through that service.
Stop using Traivu
There is no mandatory Traivu account to close. To remove local storage, use Delete App ("Eliminar app") in your iPhone’s storage settings. The option to uninstall while keeping documents and data is not the same as deleting them. Uninstalling does not, by itself, delete iCloud data, device backups, or external files and events.
Before deleting the app, save the documents you need to keep elsewhere and check your cloud copies. Reinstalling the app or restoring a backup may recover content that still exists in those copies.
Ask for help or exercise your rights
Write to support@deverdonces.com with the subject Privacy or data deletion. State whether your request concerns the app, a message sent to support or a visit to the website. Do not attach identity documents or complete bookings unless they are requested for a justified reason.
